We're here to help

We provide our own out of hours service so you can get advice and care from our specialist team. We work the day before and the day after being on call so please time your calls so we can get some sleep if you can.

If you think your pet can wait, we have emergency slots available every morning (Monday to Saturday) at 8am, so you can be seen as soon as possible. You can book this as an emergency appointment via our 'Book' page. We use telemedicine where we can evaluate your pet and avoid you incurring emergency fees. Have a read of our Terms and Conditions before you book.

Should you require to be seen now, call us on 07507 122058. Our exotics team can take up to 90 minutes to arrive to our site and will get to work immediately. We provide emergency and critical care overnight with specialist procedures being performed during the day where possible. It is safer to undertake complex procedures during the day as there are more team members to manage the case.

We require payment up front for our emergency services and these can be paid online when you book your emergency appointment or over the phone when you call.

To aid you in future emergencies, we advise you to have our First Aid Kit and a small stock of routine medication for your pet on hand at all times. Please email us (contact@exoticvets.co.uk) for any medication your pet requires at home.
